95% Relative Compactness Vibroflotation Equipment

Product Description
Vibroflotation Compaction Treatment for Section C3206 of Hong Kong No. 3 Aircraft Runway Project
This major infrastructure project utilized 30 sets of 180kW-200kW vibroflotation equipment for double crane vibroflotation compaction construction. The pile spacing reached up to 4.2 meters, with compaction results meeting design requirements of 95% relative compactness.
BVEM - China Vibroflot Supplier
With 30 years of experience in the vibroflotation industry, BVEM has researched and developed a comprehensive range of electric vibroflots with motor power ranging from 30kW to 260kW. Our equipment features complete specification models suitable for diverse applications, with quality and performance achieving domestic industry leading standards.
Notable Project Applications
  • Yangtze River Three Gorges Soft Ground Treatment Project
  • Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Project
  • Dubai Palm Island Project
BVEM has grown to become one of Asia's largest electrical vibroflots equipment manufacturers, earning high recognition from domestic and international clients.

Vibro Compaction Method
This advanced ground improvement technique enables effective compaction of granular soils, specifically designed for sandy soil conditions where traditional compaction methods may be insufficient.
How Vibroflotation Works
The vibroflotation process employs a systematic approach to soil densification:
Process Overview
  • The depth probe is positioned over the compaction point with flushing water or air expelled through jets in the probe tip
  • Induced vibrations temporarily liquefy the soil, allowing continuous probe penetration under its own weight
  • Upon reaching target depth, water and air injections cease while probe vibrations densify the soil
  • The resulting crater around the vibrator is backfilled with granular material
  • The probe is withdrawn in staged increments (typically 12 inches) while maintaining compaction
  • A cylindrical compaction zone forms around the probe, with compaction degree indicated by oil pressure increase
  • Backfill material auto-consolidates as the probe is extracted
The granular backfill material must be free of silt, typically consisting of gravel or crushed stone to ensure optimal compaction results.
