However, deep hole vibroflotation has always faced numerous challenges: the guide rod is prone to twisting and displacement, the stone material is frequently blocked, the pile deflection exceeds the limit, and the vibration impact is too strong Every tricky step is repeatedly verifying the stability of our equipment and the adaptability of our process; Every pain point on site is also forcing us to continuously optimize parameters, upgrade construction methods, and transform challenges into opportunities to improve quality control. In the face of these pain points, our proposed solution is a combination structure that optimizes the entire chain from "structural anti torsion" to "impact buffering" - damper tube + plum blossom tube. new-type plum blossom tube: Four core breakthroughs to reshape deep hole Vibroflotation performance We have broken through the traditional design framework of smooth circular extension tubes and innovatively created multi petal plum blossom shaped extension tubes with irregular cross-sections, achieving a comprehensive leap in bending stiffness, guidance accuracy, and functional integration. With four technological innovations, we have directly targeted the key construction points. Anti twisting and anti bending, rigid and reliable, safer The multi petal shaped cross-section endows the extension tube with bending resistance far exceeding that of circular rods of the same diameter. During the compaction process, the guide rod remains straight and stable without bending, eliminating the risk of steel wire rope entanglement and cable pulling and breaking at the root; Embedded high-strength bolt connection, compact and firm structure, significantly improves safety factor and equipment life synchronously. The full name of the project is Honiara Heritage hotel Vibroflotation (BVE-12 excavator vibroflot) project, located in the coastal area of downtown Honiara. The geology consists of muck and loose sand layers, with high groundwater level and high risk of seismic liquefaction. In addition, the site is narrow and adjacent to buildings, with strict controls on noise and mud discharge, and high seismic fortification requirements. The core difficulty is to eliminate liquefaction and control settlement. The project adopts the BVE-12 Excavator Vibroflot to implement vibroflotation treatment, with specific parameters: pile depth of 11.5m, pile diameter of 800mm, and total treatment length of 3875.5m, which is accurately adapted to the complex stratum in the area, mainly composed of coral rock, silty sand, medium-coarse sand and a small amount of gravel layer. The core reasons for choosing the BVE-12 + vibroflotation method in this project are four major advantages: First, strong geological adaptability, which can perfectly treat coastal soft soil and loose sand, effectively resist liquefaction and control settlement; Second, site-friendly, with a small and flexible machine body, low noise and less mud, suitable for narrow urban sites; Third, economic and efficient, with short construction period, low cost and local material (crushed stone) availability; Fourth, reliability and durability, as BVEM equipment has been verified in overseas projects and is suitable for complex island working conditions.
