BVEM self-developed BVE-12 excavator vibroflot machine makes its debut overseas showcasing China intelligent manufacturing capabilities and contributing to the infrastructure upgrade in PNG      In March 2026, the BVE-12 excavator vibroflot machine, independently developed by Beijing Vibroflotation Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (BVEM for short), was successfully shipped to PNG,This marks the first overseas delivery of this model of equipment, indicating that BVEM new vibroflotation product technology has successfully entered the international market, setting a new benchmark for Chinese vibroflotation equipment to go global.           This equipment adopts an innovative design that combines a hydraulic vibroflot(350-150Kw) device with an excavator, enabling one-click pile driving operation that significantly enhances construction efficiency and quality. It perfectly meets the construction needs of urban buildings in PNG.      The core components of the equipment are imported, made of high-strength forged steel, and feature a stepless speed adjustment function from 0 to 2600rpm. It balances high efficiency and environmental protection, meeting the green development needs of local infrastructure.      Before the contract was signed, a delegation of PNG customers arrived at the BVEM experimental base for an inspection. Accompanied by technical personnel, they observed the static display and dynamic operation demonstration of the equipment, and inquired in detail about key issues such as equipment adaptability and later maintenance. The technical personnel answered their questions one by one in detail and presented relevant test reports, allowing the customers to intuitively feel the reliability of the products.     Subsequently, both parties discussed the details of the equipment. The customer, taking into account the actual construction conditions in the local area, put forward personalized requirements. The BVEM team introduced the advantages of the equipment and application solutions accordingly, promising to optimize the adaptation details and improve spare parts supply. Finally, a consensus was reached and the procurement contract was finalized.     PNG is accelerating its infrastructure upgrade, and there is an urgent demand for ground treatment equipment. Recently (October 29-30, 2025), UAE client visited the production base and office area of Beijing Vibroflotation Engineering Machinery (here in after referred to as "BVEM") for on-site inspection and business negotiation.This visit not only represents a deep continuation of the long-term friendly cooperation between the two parties, but also marks a new stage in the cooperation of vibroflotation equipment in the Middle East region, injecting new momentum into BVEM's expansion into the Middle East market.  Field visits reveal true capabilities, and craftsmanship quality gains recognition The UAE client visited the production workshop, moving from the raw material procurement area to the core component processing production line, and then to the finished product assembly and quality inspection stage. The client gained a detailed understanding of BVEM's production process, quality control standards, and intelligent production level for its main product, the vibroflotation device (including finished vibroflotation devices, frequency conversion control cabinets, equipment accessories, etc.). The client also visited the finished product display area of BVEM and expressed strong interest in the functionality and adaptability of the newly developed high-power variable frequency vibroflotation device and its related connecting accessories.      In-depth negotiations foster cooperation, focusing on needs for mutual development After visiting the production base, both parties held a business negotiation meeting in the BVEM conference room.
